Welcome to Ahki Studios (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any related content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use our Services.

1. Who We Are

Ahki Studios is a Portland, Oregon–based media agency owned by Patrick Acevedo. We specialize in short-form video content, Meta/Instagram ads, AI-powered follow-up systems, and done-for-you growth systems for local contractors and trades.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our Services. If you’re using our Services on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

3. Our Services

When you work with us, you’re getting The Local Growth Engine™ — our proprietary process for generating leads and bookings for home service businesses.
We:

  • Produce and deliver content according to agreed scopes.

  • Set up and manage ad systems.

  • Provide optional AI chatbot lead follow-up.

We don’t promise you’ll get rich overnight. Results depend on your business, market, and implementation.

4. Payment and Billing

All pricing is stated in USD and outlined in your signed agreement or invoice. Payment terms are:

  • Upfront Packages: Paid before work begins.

  • Monthly Plans: Paid at the start of each billing cycle.
    Late payments may pause or terminate services. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative materials, systems, scripts, and strategies we produce are owned by Ahki Studios until full payment is received. After payment, you receive a license to use them for your business. You may not resell, redistribute, or misrepresent our work as your own agency service.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely access, assets, and approvals.

  • Follow ad platform rules and laws.

  • Not misuse our content or systems in any illegal or unethical way.

7. No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability

We aim for ROI-driven results, but we don’t guarantee specific revenue or profit. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ahki Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our Services.

8. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

We may use third-party platforms (Meta, Instagram, automation tools, etc.). Their terms also apply to you. We’re not responsible for changes, downtime, or account restrictions from those platforms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate Services per the terms of your agreement. Outstanding balances must be paid, and no refunds will be issued for completed work or partially delivered months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will change, and continued use of our Services means you accept the new Terms.
